Deeply committed to racial justice and equity, Sara Orozco is a seasoned coach, facilitator, and trainer who works in partnership with her clients to identify goals, outcomes, and strategies that advance and support equity, diversity, and inclusion within organizations and communities.

She uses her psychology and coaching background to facilitate authentic and genuine conversations and dialogues about racial and cultural differences, systemic and institutional racial bias, and issues and concerns of communities of color and other diverse groups. Her approach is compassionate, goal-directed, and bold.

Consultation and Leadership Development

Sara Orozco is an independent consultant with over 25 years of experience in the non-profit sector and works primarily in the areas of race, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as, executive coaching and leadership development.

Her clients have included ¿Oíste? , Nuestra Comunidad Development Corporation, Allston-Brighton CDC, Urban Edge Housing Corporation, The Trustees of Reservations, La Alianza Hispana, Health Promotion Affiliates, American Friends Service Committee - Middle East Region, and the OPEN Network, an international membership organization of progressive organizers and activists. She has worked as a team coach in NeighborWorks America's Excellence in Governance Leadership Program (EIG), Achieving Excellence Programs (AEP), and their 2017 Race, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) Leadership Program. She has also worked as a team coach to Third Sector New England's Governance Leadership Program (GLP).

Sara is always willing to share her knowledge, insights, tools, and resources with others, especially in working with diverse client populations and organizations. She is energized by a mission-driven orientation and wants to support organizations that make a positive difference in the lives of the people they serve.
